Where does The Basic Store ship to?
The Basic Store currently ships to the US only.

How much is standard domestic shipping for standard orders ( i.e., orders not placed with Buy with Prime)?
Domestic shipping is $4.99 when standard shipping is selected.

Can I expedite my standard order?
No - expedited shipping is not available on standard orders (i.e., orders not placed with Buy with Prime).

When can I expect to receive my standard order?
Orders are shipped according to the shipping method you choose at the time of ordering. By selecting standard shipping, we will ship your order within 2-3 business days and the order will arrive based on the shipping provider's delivery schedule.

Is Buy with Prime really the same delivery experience I'm used to from Amazon.com?
Buy with Prime purchases offer fast, FREE delivery and free 30-day returns on eligible products and the simple, convenient seamless checkout experience, using the payment and shipping information already stored in your Amazon account. After you complete your order, you will receive an email notification that includes a link to track the order.

When can I expect to receive my Buy with Prime order?
For Buy with Prime, estimated delivery times are approximately 1-2 business days from the time of your order.

When How do I track my Buy with Prime order?
We'll send an order confirmation to your email address once you place your order. This email will contain a link where you can access your order details and track shipment progress. You will also receive shipping notification emails upon order shipment and delivery.

Returns and Refunds

For all standard orders (i.e., orders not placed with Buy with Prime) we operate a return-less refund policy. Please reach out to our Customer Service team here.

What is the Buy with Prime Return Policy?
Your return experience for Buy with Prime orders is automated from the time you submit a return request until you get your refund. You can return eligible orders within 30-days of delivery (if purchased during the holidays, the return window extends to 90-days). You can verify the return eligibility of your purchase by contacting our Customer Service team here. You will be able to receive a full refund as long as the returned items are in re-saleable condition and returned within the return window. For eligible orders, you will receive a full refund once your return is dropped off and scanned at a USPS location.

How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return for an eligible item from The Basic Store, click on the link in the order confirmation email you received following your purchase. From there you will be able to select item(s) that you want to return and print a return shipping label. Then drop off your package at your local USPS location. The returns option will be available in the order details page only after the order is delivered (assuming the item was returns eligible).

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
For eligible orders, you’ll receive a refund once your return is dropped off and scanned at a USPS location. Otherwise, the refund will be processed once the item is received and reviewed at our fulfillment center. It could take up to seven business days for the refund to show up in your account.
